Light caramelized taste. The color is similar to the puree it is produced from. 

Concentration of dried substances is refractometric 56% Brix.

Hermetic metallic barrels with aseptic bags – inserts, mass 200-220 kg.	Store the paste with sorbic acid 12 months. Store the paste without sorbic acid 6 months at temperature +12 С up +15 С. The product expires within 2 years from production date.
